Brooklyn Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. They genuinely care about their community and their customers. Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, and works quickly and efficiently to help you get the medication you need. Their app works well for refilling medication. They’re the first independently owned pharmacy I’ve used, and the difference in the quality of care at Brooklyn Pharmacy is so great that it makes me never want to return to a big box pharmacy again. I also love that they’ve been serving the Portland community since the 1800s and they still have pieces of their history preserved through the pharmacy. Brooklyn Pharmacy is a local gem and they also have the cutest dog, Hal, who is the sweetest! Highly recommend them!

Get your meds here, they are so so so much better then any chain pharmacy I've ever been too. Top notch service, they'll treat you so good you'll wonder why you ever went somewhere else. Great selection of products as well that aren't prescription.

I was initially really upset when my insurance company made me switch from CVS to Brooklyn, a place I didn’t know of and further away from my house. But wow, what a difference. Brooklyn pharmacy has super friendly staff, great hours and so far the line moves quickly. You could tell the people there really care and it’s a great vibe. If I never have to walk into a CVS again, I will be a very happy person and will happily drive a little farther for a small more “mom and pop” feeling business. Highly recommend.

After being frustrated by big box pharmacies, I searched for a local one. These guys are the best! I absolutely love having my prescriptions show up at my door automatically, and they are so helpful on the phone. Highly recommend!

Brooklyn pharmacy is honestly the hands down the best pharmacy. It's not your typical stuffy pharmacy. The staff there are incrediby kind and helpful and so down to earth. If you don't believe me you should hear their hold music lol thank you Brooklyn Pharmacy for everything that you do! I know the community appreciates your efforts and helpfulness.

Our family has filled prescriptions at Brooklyn Pharmacy for years. After dealing with large drugstores and long wait times, the personal service at Brooklyn Pharmacy has made all the difference. They feel like an essential part of our community. (I received a Happy Birthday text from them which prompted this review. Warm fuzzies!)

If you are looking for one of those chain Pharmacies with thousands of choices, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place with reasonable prices with a super friendly staff, look no further. Loved the dog friendly environment as well.

Friendly local pharmacy. I don't want to get the details wrong but the pharmacist here noticed a way in which he could support my partner and did so just because he was paying attention. If you like people looking out for you because they just think it's the right thing, this is your spot. Support good people and pharmacy here. Do it.

I needed a med not available at my usual pharmacies, so I reached out to Brooklyn Pharmacy in the neighborhood over from mine in Milwaukie. They were kind and friendly about my request, which they must receive a ton of calls for because of common shortages of this med. They patiently helped me file my insurance over the phone so pick up was super quick and easy and made sure I would receive a text when Rx was ready. I love their reference to their historical presence in inner SE Portland as well (see photos other reviewers have left). They have their own parking too...just another perk. I appreciate having a small business alternative to mega corps in the area. It is slightly out of the way for me, but I will be back simply because I am so smitten.
